REFUND

All purchased services can be returned to money within a calendar year of the date of service purchase. Contact us info@tonart.lt and we will send you the form to fill in for refunding.

GIFT VOUCHER

The balance for unused services in the form of a gift voucher is non-refundable. The gift is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The gift voucher for selected services can be collected:

• in the TonArt Piano Studio at Senasis Minsko pl. 92, Rūkainiai. Please, contact us before coming: +370 684 37383, info@tonart.lt
• receive to the selected LP Express post machine (within 3 work days)
• in electronic format to the specified e-mail address.
